What we collect

If you join the early access list, we collect the email address and first name you give us, plus which part of the page you signed up from. If you place a refundable deposit, our payment processor collects the billing details needed to take and refund that payment; we never see or store your card number.

Why we collect it

To email you about the Anchor launch, the Kickstarter campaign and your founding-family pricing. That's it. We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't collect anything at all about your child through this website.

Who processes it

Our email list is managed by Klaviyo, and deposits are processed through Shopify. Both act as processors on our behalf and are bound by their own data protection terms.

Advertising measurement (Meta)

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure and improve our ads. When allowed, we share with Meta: pages you visit, that you joined the early access list, and that you completed a deposit, along with browser identifiers (Meta cookies, browser type and a random visitor ID). If you accepted advertising cookies, we also share a scrambled (hashed) version of your email so Meta can match the deposit to an ad.

In the EU, UK, Switzerland and similar regions, nothing is shared with Meta unless you click Accept on our cookie banner. We keep a record of your choice, when you made it and which notice you saw. You can change your mind any time using the "Cookie settings" button at the bottom of the page, or by emailing us. You can also manage ad preferences in your Facebook settings.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from our list. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@anchorbraceletsco.com. Deposits are fully refundable at any time, no questions asked.
